  • Wrote Developer guide in collaboration with engineers and product managers, which aimed to provide client-side developers with the know-how to customize their version of LawPort, a web-based knowledge management application designed for the legal industry.
  • Researched and wrote both online and topic-based guides about a complex Translation Module, a feature that enhanced the existing publishing functionality of LawPort, making it possible for users to share published information in a variety of languages, efficiently, and in a centralized fashion.

  • Edited and transcribed interviews from the documentary End of Poverty, a film that won acclaim at the 2008 Cannes Festival. The transcriptions are to be incorporated into the film’s companion book.
  • Transcribed The Standard, an 18th century newspaper published by Henry George, the author of Progress and Poverty, a book that examines the paradoxical imbalance of rich and poor: while many attain unheard of wealth, many more suffer poverty, abjectly.
